  • 2 medium fresh lemons (juice and zest)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  5. Stir in cornstarch slurry until desired thickness is achieved.
