Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes; slice them into thin rounds.
