  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
